hiya reader sorry for the M.I.A , been lazy to make a post and busy with finals (yawn) but sure  am not abadoned my photography practice.

Uh yeah I was in Thailand like last months for a holiday, and it's pretty much fun. So I visied Grand palace ( which was hugeee temple and dazzling litteraly , because you know all the temple is in Gold color ) , Ayuthaya ( the ruined tempel which is cool, but I hate those city) , Pattaya ( which is scary because BITCHES everywhere, and make it worse you cant indentify real woman or the fake one ) , Koh Larn ( Small Island in Pattaya which reminesence me about Gili Trawangan ) , and Phuket ( VIVA Phi Phi Island)

so this is a little of the picture that I took

as the conclusion , I like Thailand but it's too similar with Indonesia , hahah, that's why it's not really special ( ex : Phi Phi Island). Will I coming back? FO SHO , I need to get my self to Erawan Waterfall before I die. Somebody got me the tickte pleasee

I just back from my holiday in Lombok, it was AMAZING place to visit. The beach was so clean, the water were so blue, , totally great place to visit.

Just got back from my little holiday. Why I called it little? Cause I just went to hotel in Nusa Dua ( it's only 1 hour from my home), it's all because my mom got a free ticket to spend 4 days 3 night. YAY.

So what did i do on there?

I had great time swimming with my friend in beach and swimming pool, the water are so fresh, while the weather are very good nowadays. Also I read a book at the beach and ate coconut gelato. IT"S DAMN GOOD

At night we just went walk at nearest mall, I like the architecture and the concept at Bali Collection Mall, but the price are so expensive, so we ended up eating at 'warung' ( small stall) that sell grilled fish. The dish were goodd, and the price are cheap ( only 24 K for fish and grilled clam, YAY)

so that's my little holiday, cant wait till next holiday

I was lucky enough to get a chance to interview my favorite photographer Annete Pehrsson. First I saw her work at deviantart I just like wow. Her photo was really wonderful. Look at her works below:

Maybe you’re wandering , how she can produce a great and beautiful picture like that, or how she can loves photography world, well see the interview below.

Q: How do you describe your photo works?

A: Personal moments from life around me.

Q: How did you first become interested in photography?

A: It all started when I got my very first camera as a seven-year-old, and I have been passionated about it ever since then.

Q: What do you love most from photography?

A: Everything! If I were to mention more something specific I would have to say that I really love just capturing what happens around me through the view of a camera, I love the creative process and I love seeing the results (especially when it comes to looking through a developed roll of film on which there’s a few frames that I feel really satisfied with).

Q: Any tips and trick to get a beautiful picture

A: One of the most crucial and important things in achieving good results is to really know how to handle the equipment you are using. Getting to know the camera, all its function and how it works in different situations – this way you will have no problems with creating beautiful photographs. Another thing that I think is really important is the light. I prefer using natural light since I think it is much more beautiful than artificial lighting, so I guess my advice would be to really take advantage of the light that comes through your window.

Q: Why did you decide to publish a blog and closed your Deviantart page?

A: A blog is more personal, and that was just what I wanted – something I could be in complete control over, basically. However, I didn’t leave deviantArt just because I started the blog, I left because I felt that it wasn’t a good community, at least not for photographers. When I was active my photographs were constantly stolen by other people on deviantArt or used in other ways which I didn’t approve of, and if I can be completely honest, there were so many rude people there. I couldn’t stand it. I do not regret leaving deviantArt at all. I think flickr.com is a much better platform for photographers.

Q: From camera that you have, what is you’re the most favorite? And is there any camera that you wish to buy?

A: My Zenit-B is my absolute favourite, I love shooting 35mm film and for some reason I sort of see things differently through this camera. When I can afford it I want to buy a Hasselblad. That would be the ultimate camera.

Q: I heard that you’re studying psychology, Me too, haha why do you choose psychology over photography or cinematography?

A: I have always been interested in psychology, and I chose it because I wanted something different to do. It was just a six month-course (it ended in January this year), so I am not studying anymore. During secondary school (2004-2007) I studied photography, and I don’t think I’m quite ready yet for studying on a higher level. I am actually not sure if I want to in the future, either.

Q: Beside photography , what else do you like?

A: Painting, though I am not very good at it and I haven’t done it for quite some time now. Some time last year I painted a girl with a bird on her shoulder, but I am too scared to show it to anyone. Otherwise I like cooking and watching movies.

Q: here in Indonesia, the teenagers are crazy over Lomo and sometimes analogue camera, is there happen in Sweden too, and what’s your opinion about that?

A: It feels like lomography is a phenomenon that is very popular basically everywhere around the world, and I have been there as well. I used to shoot a lot with Holgas (both medium format and 35mm), but after a while I started feeling bored and moved on to regular film cameras. I can understand why lomo cameras are as popular as they are – they are very fun and easy to use and give charming results, but I do prefer using other cameras where you have more control over the frames.

Q:Last Question, what do you think about hastosaday.blogspot.com

A: I think it is a very nice blog with a good mixture of things! If I were to give some critique I would say that the design might be a little messy, but it might be the size of post title font, if you know what I mean, that makes it look that way – if it were a little smaller I think it would look better

Social Networks, Help or Kill Your Social Life

This is my first time write my opinion, so if there's anything wrong (esp in Grammar) please tell me and forgive me, 'm new on this . Tee-Hee

Does social network help us to add new friends in our life, or it just kill the chance to meet somebody new in real life? Well this question quite bother me recently, okay here it’s the reason. I was in let just say restaurant near beach with like 10 of my friends (and please take a note that we are pretty closed friend) , then it’s raining hard , so we got stuck in the restaurant like for 45 mins. I was bored just sit and so I start to make a funny conversation, my friends laughed then they just back again to their Blackberry, read status on twitter or BBM. At the time I was thinking, hello we are here, let’s talk with these people and forget you’re your friends that far away.

What I am trying to say is doesn’t that people nowadays stuck with their social network and seem like don’t care with real life friend, it’s like social network give a cage to our social life. Well that’s an extreme word but let me give you an example : you’re bored at airport waiting for your plane , and you choose to open your blackberry hop to your twitter account or BBM then do the chit chat with your friends. But if there’s no social network you can just simply talk to the person next to you, meet a new friends maybe, and get more experience, but we don’t chose that because we are having too much fun with our social network.Doesn’t that the idea of social network is to add many friends in your life, but when a stranger add your FB, we just like “ Who ‘s that, I don’t know him/her, let just ignore them.” Then how we are getting new friends if we always be like that?

I am not saying the social networks it’s bad, everything have good and bad side. Social network helps me to find my old friend and yeah I find new friends to via Facebook. But the propose I write this that I want like everybody not stuck into their BB, being like an autism , then forget that we have a chance to meet new people in our life. So sometimes don’t look at your social networks when you are in public place , and start communicating with people in real life not network.

To be honest Zooey not look at her best here ( I still remember the cuteness she brings on n the Sun video), but still the video was amazing. The concept were unique, try to combine future visual and vintage sound ,and the lightning and props were perfect. The dance was simple yet cute, and my favorite part was when Zooey dancing with Ne-yo ish guy ( LOL for Neyo ish) with orange backdrop , AHH so retro and cute. Too bad the Him, M Ward , didn't contribut much in this video , I really wish someday he will dance with Zooey in another video, because it's gonna be EPIC FUNNY, LOL.

Just spend my 7000 rupiah for the es teler spesial keju in Es teler kreasi , at Panjer, at it's totally worth it. If you're a sweet or ice mania, this menu will be your instant favorite and totally not broke your pocket. But the bad thing for this es teler are the lack of the fruit ( avocado, coconut , and piece of jack fruit), but consider their price , this reason is very acceptable
This store give their menu with ultra weird name, like ES mabuk cinta, es tembakan cinta, tip from me read carefully the explanation before you choose.
The conclusion this place are highly recommended for cheapiceslut , and the taste are good not really incredible but nice.

Hiya cheapfoodslut come again, and I just went to the best warung satay in Denpasar Town. Okay let's start judging
Located in waturenggong near SMA 2 denpasar ( not really far) this warung called warung Ari ( if you dont know what warung is, it's like a very small shop or restaurant), and dont bother by their a little dirty shop cause they provide the best fish satay in Denpasar. Yes you read it right, it Fish, and dont worry if you think the satay will smell bad, cause it's really smell good. And when you bite it you can still smell the goodness in your mouth. The taste is pretty sweet, lil savory , and it will be your instant favorite. But the bad thing their sambal ( it's traditional chili sauce ) are not really spicy, but if you're not a fan of spicy food you will love it. The good thing are you just need to spare your money like 8.000 rupiah to get a plate of rice , 8 sticks of fish satay and a bowl of soup ( i dont really like their soup, so you can ignore it btw)

My life recently like this pitcure, no it's not sad or what (depending from the color) I mean it's like sailing boat. I should sail hard this week, the test are coming close, yaik 2 more days, and I'm not really prepared.
Btw after test I have many plan to do, like go traveling to Lombok with my friends, learn how to make stop motion video, decorated my room, making a concept video, lear some cool trick for fotography, and cooking. and also if i dont have to take re-test maybe I would able to go to Singapore and Malaysia ( even I prefer to go to like Perth or Sydney)
I will continue to write cheapfoodslut section , and it's really fun to write it, because I really love cheap food hahaaha

Hiya, so now cheap food slut comes to Bali, and if you visit Bali and want to find a cheap food place, DAMN RIGHT you're in the right place
Previously cheap food slut (Saras) in the other site, give you review the food place in Melbourne ( Check here if you haven't seen it yet), and now cheap food slut (Hastosa) will take you around pace to eat deliciously yet not broken your wallet.

It almost New Year, Yipppiieee, but hey it's an old date right, like I dont have money so much, I used it a week ago, what would I do? So if you want your new year eve just with your friend , eating sweet cake and tea, well I have exactly right place for you

Kakiang Bakery

Get your foot ( and your tummy) to Ubud, exactly near Lotus Pond Restaurant ( cheapfoodslut will definetly away from this restaurant) and get yourself in small cafe called Kakiang. kakiang in Indonesian mean grandfather, and the cakes here amazingly delicious.
Iin another day , cheapfooodslut thrilled to try their Mango tart, and disappointingly the taste are soso ( I love mango btw) but still the crust on the mango was good but the mangos in the top are totally let down. the mango tart spend your money 18.000 rupiah ( so cheapfood slut not recommended)

In another hand the strawberry cake was pleasant. The strawberry cake here contain so many creams but the taste are not so creamy , so you dont feel queasy . It spend like 18.000 ( but it's little bit small, so if you have a little more money you should try it)

Talk about the place, Kakiang provide like for 16 persons ( yes it's a small), but it doesnt less the comfy.

What to Order : Spare your 10.000 for their special cream puff, containthe crusty puff and their special cream. IT JUST PERFECT

E.M.M.A'S Pies and Cake

Too bad this bake line haven't had their own shop, so if you are in Denpasar or Sukawati you can order this cake or pie with free delivery. So how's the cake
Cheapfoodslut just tried the cheese brownies, and I swear it's a FINEST brownies that I ever ate. The brownies are crunchy and the cheese on are soft , Perfect Composition. But I think the cheese are not cheesy, I mean the taste are too soft I think, but it doesnt bother their deliciousness. it only spare you 95.000 for 16 pieces ( so it's like 5.500 each for 4x4 single brownies), and I think it's not so that expensive, the taste paid the price.

and try my favorite from this bake line , Apple Pie, the crust are JUST PERFECT, so crunchhyyy and the fill ( apple and raisin with cinnamon ) are blended good, it tasted nott top sour and not to sweet to me , and it's good btw ( just FYI I really like sour cake). It's only spare you 110.000 for 24cm in diameter Apple pie ( 24 cm Apple pie, you can slice it into 12, so it's like 9.500 each slice, preety cheap, according to my experience buying 15.000 apple pie which taste like shit)

Tips for you to buying in E.M.M.A's : make sure your location is in Denpasar or Sukawati so dont need pay delivery service. and buy this with your friends so you dont need pay in full ( and I'm not recommend you to eat all this cake by yourself ) so you can share

Just had wonderful time , take a trip to Kintamani and did a photoshoot with Saknia, Sam and Uya. Kintamani was wonderful and the shoot was well ( saknia always do weird pose and sam hit human shit, LOL) , and btw the results are gorgeous, Check the pics below

Too bad the weather turn badly suddenlyand I cant pray at the local famous temple ( I am sorry God), btw hope you like it
